At Elevated Services, our leadership team is dedicated to transforming lives through behavioral health, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness. With expertise in mental health, business operations, and financial strategy, our team works collaboratively to ensure exceptional care, accessibility, and growth for our clients and communities.
L. Love – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Oversees daily operations, strategic planning, and program development
Manages staffing, scheduling, and patient services
Ensures adherence to state and federal healthcare requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid
Works with the Clinical Director to oversee behavioral health programs and therapy services
Collaborates with the CFO on financial planning, budgeting, and business operations
Serves as the point of contact for licensing, vendor agreements, and operational decisions
J. Buchanan – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Oversees financial management, budgeting, and long-term financial sustainability
Ensures accurate Medicare and Medicaid billing processes and insurance reimbursements
Manages funding strategies, grants, and financial planning for growth and expansion
Works closely with the COO to allocate budgets for operational and clinical development
Oversees compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
Leticia Bhola, LCSW-S – Clinical Director
Serves as the licensed clinical social worker supervisor (LCSW-S) for the organization
Provides clinical oversight for therapy, case management, and behavioral health services
Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state licensing requirements
Develops treatment protocols, therapy models, and clinical best practices
Supports clinicians with documentation, supervision, and service delivery
Has served as a psychotherapist since October 2020 and works exceptionally well with diverse populations
Brings passion and dedication to every client interaction, truly loving the work she does and the impact it creates
Marques Williams-Bey, LMSW – Clinician
Provides therapeutic and case management services to individuals and families
Implements evidence-based interventions to support client stability and personal growth
Collaborates with the clinical and leadership teams to ensure quality care and continuity of services
Supports community engagement, psychosocial rehabilitation, and wraparound behavioral health initiatives
